Big Skye Bakers is based in Tucson, Arizona. They bake with all-natural mesquite flour. Offering gluten-free products and big pies (special order), and all of their products are handmade with care.
We strive to use all local and organic products. With your support and help we can become 100% organic! We are working on getting our farm grown mesquite certified as an approved food source. We hope that soon we can start using our own beans.
Big Skye is a family-owned bakery that was started by an architectural designer with a passion for baking and a dream to make his grandmother’s pies. Bodie Robins is a longtime Tucsonan who attended ASU for fine arts and then the University of Arizona for architecture. Bodie’s experience in art and aesthetics is expressed in the beauty of his artisan pies.
