We are a new business, mother and daughter owned and operated. Our menu is heavily influenced by the ingredients and flavors of the Mediterranean culture and the southern region of Turkey where Bella was born and raised. Our dishes use a variety of fresh vegetables, olive oil, and spices – making them healthy and delicious.
Turkish Kofte Sandwiches
Seasoned using authentic Turkish spices, these all-beef patties come on local fresh-baked French baguettes with tomatoes, pickled peppers, and Kalamata olives on the side and dressed with onion sumac salad and parsley.
Known as cacik in Turkey, tzatziki in Greece, and tarator in the majority of the Balkans – this dish is a mixture of yogurt, cucumber, herbs, and garlic. A refreshing cold summer side that pairs perfectly with Kofte Sandwich.
