Oro Valley Farmers’ Market Mesquite Milling

The Oro Valley Farmers’ Market hours are 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

The market is held at 11000 N. La Canada Blvd, at the Oro Valley Town Hall on the corner of La Canada Blvd and Naranja Road.

You can bring the pods that you have harvested (up to 15 gallons) and have them ground them into flour. The minimum milling fee is $5 for any amount under 2 gallons of whole pods. If you have more than 2 gallons of pods to grind, you pay $2 per gallon of whole pods. (If your pods are broken up, your fee will be determined by weight rather than volume.) The idea is to encourage you to bring at least 3 to 5 gallons of whole pods (5 gallons of whole pods will provide you with about 1 gallon of fine, edible flour in about 5 minutes of milling).
