Stuffed Dates

SERVINGS: 12-20

Ingredients

  • 12-20 large pitted dates (choose a soft variety)

Stuffing & Topping Ideas:

  • Nut butter
  • Jam
  • Cheese
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Melted chocolate
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Remove the pits from the dates. Spread a small amount of nut butters, jams, or cheeses in the inside of the date. Top with toppings of choice. If drizzling with chocolate, after drizzling, put them in the refrigerator for a 10 minutes to set. Enjoy!
