100% French Sourdough bread baked fresh in Arivaca by Guillaume, a professionally trained baker from France and his wife Amanda. The Carnyx Café & Bakery brings a mouth-watering assortment of sweet and savory sourdough breads and occasional artisanal home goods.
The Carnyx Café & Bakery offerings will include a Sourdough loaf (French Style), a traditional “Gateau à la brioche” (South France Spit Cake), Kannelboller (Norwegian Cinnamon rolls), and cookies. Additionally, we will have a Seed Bread Loaf enriched with flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pecans, walnuts, and more.
