Hi, I’m Ashley, the baker and founder of Risen Sourdough Bakery in Tucson, Arizona. I started making sourdough from scratch, and what began as a love for baking and creativity quickly grew into a passion and a dream of owning my own business.
I create handcrafted sourdough breads and baked goods using organic ingredients and traditional techniques. As a New Mexico native, I love bringing Southwestern flavors into my baking, especially my green chile sourdough. Risen is rooted in my faith, creativity, and love for bringing people together.
