Dry River Deli

Dry River Deli brings Tucson seasonal soups and bone broths!

Dry River Deli was first started by Jake Alpert during the pandemic as a pop-up to spread some nurturing cheer through fluffy matzo balls and extra strength organic chicken broth. As it turned out, Tucson is full of fellow soup lovers! Now you can find Dry River Deli soups—made with our homemade stocks and broths from the freshest ingredients, packed on ice, and ready for you to reheat at home—at the local farmers marketsStop by our booth and tell us what your favorite soup is and visit our website for the current menu.

Previously Jake was the head chef at Seis Kitchen and at The Coronet. Soup has been his favorite food since the age of 7, though he spelled it “suop” back then.
