After a 20-year teaching career, Carlos and Melissa started a market garden in January of 2023. Since then, along with their two kids, the garden has grown to almost three acres of farmland! They specialize in growing a variety of leafy lettuces, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, garlic, pumpkins, squash and more. Because of their busy lives (they both still teach!), Cowboy Cut can be found twice a month at the Rillito Market.
