Kennedy started Bockyard Baking Co. with two Dutch ovens and some silkie hens (bock bock!). It has quickly grown into a sold out East side micro-bakery, supplying families all over Tanque Verde with fresh bread for their dinner table and kids’ lunch boxes. Their menu blends classic flavors with a taste of Tucson. Working with local farmers to add products like local garlic, jalapeños and rosemary to their loaves of bread, focaccia and baguettes.
