AV Bar Works is a mother/daughter owned and operated Tombstone farm, specializing in handcrafted items from our herds and flocks. Our dairy goats, meat goats, laying hens and meat chickens are the center of our farm. We steward the animals with comfort and care on our pastures guarded by our livestock guardians from the start until they bless us with provision. We feed chemical-free and fermented supplemental grains grown in our own Cochise County. Our products include wholesome roasting chickens and chicken parts, Moroccan goat sausages, and balanced dog food and treats, hand made, fashioned from years of meeting the needs of our own 12 beloved guardian dogs. We also make fresh bread and special treats with ingredients from our farm.
