Honey Lavender Lemonade

- 1 jar of Arizona honey
- 3-6 lemons
- Culinary lavender
- 1 cup honey
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (or more if you like it more sour!)
- 1 TBSP dried culinary lavender
Make the honey lavender simple syrup: bring the water to a boil. Turn to low heat and add honey. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat, then add lavender. Allow to steep for at least 20 minutes or longer. Strain the simple syrup to remove the lavender.
Pour simple syrup into a pitcher. Add lemon juice and up to 2.5 cups cold water. Add water 1 cup at a time and taste before adding more so that you can get your perfect lemon & lavender ratio!
Add ice and serve! Enjoy on a beautiful, sunny day in Arizona.
