Sponsor

If you are a business looking for outreach at one of Southern Arizona’s popular Farmers Markets, we have a place for you!

Since its inception in 1998, Heirloom Farmers Markets has proudly operated vibrant farmers markets throughout the Tucson, Vail, Oro Valley, and Green Valley communities, contributing to the success of local food growers and producers, strengthening our food economy, and serving as community gathering places. Partnering with Heirloom means investing in a stronger local food system and a healthier community — while connecting your business with engaged, values-driven shoppers across Southern Arizona.

Please read through our Sponsor Opportunities. We offer two ways to get involved:

Annual Sponsorship Tiers
From Harvest Partner to Legacy Benefactor, our tiered sponsorships offer year-round visibility through website and newsletter recognition, social media features, and — at our higher levels — category exclusivity and “presented by” naming rights on a flagship market or season. This is a great fit for businesses looking to build lasting brand presence within our community. (See our full tier breakdown on page 4.)

Sponsor for the Day (Single-day Market Tabling)
Want to meet our shoppers face-to-face? Table at any of our markets and connect directly with the community while showing your organization’s shared commitment to an economically, ecologically, and socially sustainable Southern Arizona.

Recognition tiers suit brand visibility; market tabling suits direct customer engagement — choose one or blend both based on your goals. Please reach out to discuss which sponsorship opportunity best suits your business.

Please read through the Sponsorship Opportunities carefully and if you are interested in becoming a Sponsor with HeirloomFM, please contact HFM’s Development Director, Doran Hadan at [email protected]. Sponsor candidates are evaluated on an individual basis to ensure there is no direct conflict with Heirloom FM’s mission.

HOW SPONSORSHIPS SUPPORT OUR MISSION

Heirloom Farmers Markets’ Staff and Board of Directors are dedicated to consumer education as a critical component of building sales for local agriculture. Vendor fees at HeirloomFM cover the basic cost of operating the markets, but in order to keep vendor fees as low as possible and still fund educational outreach, HeirloomFM solicits sponsors to support its programming goals, which include special educational market events.

Heirloom Farmers Markets is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and does not endorse or oppose any political candidate, party, or ballot measure. In accordance with federal law, political campaign activity—including candidate appearances, performances, petition signature gathering, or campaign advocacy—is not permitted at Heirloom Farmers Markets or affiliated events.
