Summer Hours Begin
We’re feeling a ‘Spring’ in our step from this beautiful weather and our wonderful farmers market community! Summer is nearly here which means it’s time to switch our market hours and take advantage of the cooler early mornings to get your shopping done. Summer hours begin on Friday, April 3rd for all markets except Green Valley, which has summer hours starting Wednesday, May 6th.

Summer Heat Reminders
- Leave your pets at home. The pavement and inside of vehicles are far too hot for pets. Paws can quickly get burned on hot outdoor surfaces. PLEASE protect your furry family members and leave them at home! Pets are not allowed at the Rillito Park Farmers Market.
- Shop early and efficiently, it’s cooler in the mornings! Please note that many vendors leave early on very hot days, so shop early for the best selection.
- Bring sun protection – hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, lightweight sun protective clothing, umbrella, etc.
- Bring plenty of drinking water, electrolytes, and eat nutritious food. There’s lots of yummy food and drink options at the markets.
- Wear neck coolers or wet bandanas.
- Cool off at the market misters and bucket fan misters.
- Bring extra cash for quick and easy shopping.
