Come celebrate a Tucson & Vail tradition with fresh, locally grown chiles piled high and the unmistakable sizzle-and-smoke of chiles roasting right before your eyes.
What’s cooking:
- Red’s Roasters roasting Hatch chiles all weekend long — bring a bag (or three) home!
- Pre-order your fresh roasted Hatch chiles from Red’s Roasters to be picked up at Udall Park, Rincon Valley, and Rillito Park by calling 520-409-3406.
- Live music to keep your toes tapping between bites!
- Local food vendors dishing up seasonal favorites!
- Artisan goods from local makers!
