I use about 10 different flours such as sorghum flour, teff flour, and millet flour to make what my customers have told me is the best gluten-free bread around. Bread is my specialty, but I also make some other sweeter goods such as muffins, brownies, and sweet breads. If you can’t make it to the market, place an online order during the week!
